3、承担国家科技支撑计划“电子溯源的食品安全风险评估关键技术研究与应用”(课题编号:2015BAK36B03)相关工作

4、承担国家食药总局食监三司“国家食品安全抽检监测信息系统”的研发工作。该系统于20130601日起正式上线,包含样品采集,数据报送,核查处置与统计分析四大模块以及生产企业,被抽样单位,样品信息,报送分类,用户数据五大基本库,实现了食品安全抽检工作从总局抽样计划的制定,抽样人员执行采样任务,检验机构填报检验数据,监管部门对不合格问题样品的核查处置以及最终面向公众抽样信息发布的网上全闭环流程管理,用户包含全国各省市县2845家食品安全监管部门管理人员以及全国291家食品相关承检机构工作人员15323名用户,完成了国家近四年六十七万批次的抽检任务以及收集一千四百万条检验数据。为政府提供了对食品安全抽检工作监管与预警的数据支持,有效提高食品安全抽检监测工作效率,提升食品安全监管执法队伍形象,填补了全国范围的食品安全抽检监测信息系统的空白。

5、承担国家食品药品监督管理总局医疗器械监管司“医疗器械生产经营许可备案信息系统”的开发与维护工作。该系统于2014101日在全国范围内上线,目前已有20个省份的企业、监管部门通过该系统进行医疗器械生产经营许可备案申请、审批,其余省份完成与该系统的对接工作。用户包含医疗器械生产经营企业,各省市医疗器械监督管理受理部门人员、监管部门人员,以及国家食品药品监督管理总局医疗器械监管司管理人员。实现了医疗器械生产经营的许可备案业务的网上申报、受理、审批、制证、统计、查询、通知等信息化管理。该系统的建设与实施为政府提供了对医疗器械生产、经营审批决策的数据支持,填补了全国范围的医疗器械生产经营许可备案信息系统的空白。

6、承担北京市科技计划课题: “食品安全知识图谱及大数据平台研制”(课题编号:Z161100001616004)相关工作。该项目2016-2017年执行,主要负责食品安全领域知识图谱构建及大数据平台的研制任务。构建至少3个食品安全专项数据库:风险舆情、食品视频事件、食品音频事件等;建立食品安全综合评价模型1套,包含大于1000种食品细类,实现食品安全5个等级评价;研发食品安全大数据平台1套,容纳食品安全抽检检测数据100万条;与中国食品药品检定研究院合作,构建重点危害因子数据库,食品种类>1000种,重点危害因子>1500项。

3.     Projects

1)      Project entitled “Intelligent Food Quality Traceability Technology” supported by National Program on Key basic Research Project entitled “Research and Application of the Key Technologies of Quality Control in the Whole Industry Chain of Major Food Production” (No. 2016YFD0401205).

2)      Project entitled “Research and Application of the Key Technologies of Food Safety Risk Monitoring and Early Warning Based on Electronic Traceability” supported by the National Key Technologies R&D Program of China (No. 2015BAK36B04).

3)      Project entitled “Research and Application of the Key Technologies of Food Safety Risk Assessment Based on Electronic Traceability” supported by National Key Technologies R&D Program of China (No. 2015BAK36B03).

4)      Research and development on “National Food Safety Sampling Information System”, which is supported by Department of Food Safety Supervision III, China Food and Drug Administration. The system has been fully operational since June 2013. It is now applied by more than 15,000 administrative staff and food sampling and inspection staff from more than 3,000 departments of food safety supervision and food inspection institutions nationwide. With the assistance of the system, about 670 thousand food sampling and inspection tasks have been accomplished, and about 14 million pieces of inspection data have been collected during the past four years.

5)      Research and development on “Medical Equipment Production and Operation License Information System”, which is supported by Department of Medical Device Supervision, China Food and Drug Administration. The system has been fully operational since October 1st, 2014. It has been applied by departments of food safety supervision and many food production enterprises from 20 provinces so far, to accomplish the approval and application of the medical equipment production license.

Project entitled “Research on Food Safety Knowledge Map and Big Data Platform” supported by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Project (No. Z161100001616004). This project initiated in 2016, and will be finished by 2017. It aims to 1) build at least three food safety databases, including the database of public opinion in food safety, the video database of food safety event and the audio database of food safety event; 2) construct the model for food safety comprehensive evaluation; 3) develop one big data platform for food safety; 4) build the database of food safety hazard factors, which covers more than 1000 types of food.
