Dr. Sun Qian was born in Hebei in 1985, China. She received the B.E. degree in measurement and control technology and instrument from Harbin University of Technology, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in instrument science and technology from Beihang University, in 2014.

Since 2014 she has been with College of Computer and Information Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University as a lecturer. Her research interests include camera sensor networks, video/image processing, and target tracking.
