Dr. WEI Wei was born in Jiangxi in 1984, China. He received the B.E. degree in industrial electrical and automation from Nanchang University, Jiangxi, China in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing, China, in 2010.

From 2010 to 2012 he was with School of Computer and Information Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University as a Lecturer. Since 2012 she has been with School of Computer and Information Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University as an Associate Professor. His research interests include nonlinear system control, disturbance estimation technique, optimization technique of control system. In particular, his present major interest is active disturbance rejection control (ADRC)/disturbance observer based control (DOBC) of MEMS system, and urban wastewater process.

WEI is the Committee Member of intelligent space system and intelligent service specialized committee in Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, the Member of disturbance rejection control group of Technical Committee of Control Theory in Chinese Association of Automation. WEI has published over 30 papers on the topics of control, system, and optimization in journals and conferences. He also owned some patents for invention
